Has a great grip and feel and the strap it has for carrying is very handy and practical (have had to slip mat into a yoga zipped bag with previous mat and this is so much easier and quicker). Also love supporting our local brands.
Fantastic mat. Feels much healthier than the plasticy gym mats I have been using thus far. So nice and grippy underfoot also perfect for balancing work in Pilates. A nice wide size also, more spacious than our gym standard mats. I like the carry handle addition.
Definitely worth a bit of extra budget to get this Aligned mat. It makes my Yoga and Pilatus sessions so much more pleasant.

I love my mat! The grip is perfect. You dont go sliding all over the place and the mat seems to cool down and dry quickly while moving around. In love!
