A good practice is not all effort. Some of it is rest, some of it is reach, and some of it is simply sitting well. Our props are made for those parts. A bolster to take the weight of a pose. A block to bring the ground a little closer. A cushion to give you a steadier seat.

Description:

Every piece shares the same build. A high-density foam core that holds its shape through years of use, so the support you feel on the first day is the support you feel on the hundredth. Our signature Periwinkle corduroy on the outside, soft to rest against and quietly at home in any room. And beneath the cover, a waterproof inner lining that seals the foam, keeping moisture, dirt and bacteria away from the core. The corduroy cover lifts off and washes clean.

Made to be used often, and to last while you do.

The Pieces:

• Bolster (62 x 28 x 12cm): firm, lasting support under the knees, along the spine, or beneath the chest. For restorative and yin practice, supported rest, and everyday recovery.
• Foam Block (20 x 30 x 5cm): a low, stable base under the hands, seat or hips, to bring a pose within reach.
• Meditation Cushion (33 x 10cm, round): lifts the hips above the knees for an upright, comfortable seat. For seated meditation, breathwork and quiet moments.

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: Remove the corduroy cover from the inner lining. Turn it inside out and wash on a cold, gentle cycle with a mild detergent, alongside similar colours. Keep it away from towels or anything that sheds lint, as corduroy tends to hold onto it. Smooth the pile while damp, then lay flat or hang to dry, out of direct sunlight. Avoid bleach and hot water, which can dull the colour and flatten the texture. Wipe the waterproof inner cover with a damp cloth as needed.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to keep the Periwinkle rich.
