Shipping Policy

Because every order should feel like a gift to yourself.

At NOVAWOOLF, we believe that receiving your order should feel just as good as choosing it. Our shipping process is designed to be smooth, reliable, and clear, so you always know what to expect, and when.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across South Africa and to select international destinations.
If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your country, reach out to us at info@novawoolf.com and we’ll gladly check for you.

2. Processing and Dispatch Times

If your item is in stock, it will be carefully packaged and dispatched within 3 working days of your order.

Once your parcel has been collected by our courier partner, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Main city areas: 1 to 3 business days

  • Outlying or rural areas: 3 to 7 business days

  • International orders (such as the US): 10 to 20 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

We occasionally run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye on our website and social channels for the latest offers.

For returned items, shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original delivery fee will be deducted.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your delivery via our courier partner’s website.

6. Delivery Terms and Conditions

We do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, but delays caused by external factors — such as strikes, weather, or incorrect addresses — are unfortunately beyond our control.

If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you right away.

All orders require a signature on delivery. If you give us permission to leave your parcel at an unattended address, you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage. In these cases, NOVAWOOLF cannot offer replacements or refunds.

Please provide a physical address at checkout. Courier services do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Ensure someone is available to receive your order. If delivery is unsuccessful, rebooking the delivery will be your responsibility.

7. Failed Deliveries and Address Issues

Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order.
If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Our couriers will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, you’ll need to cover the cost of reshipping.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, NOVAWOOLF is not responsible for loss or theft. Please contact us at info@novawoolf.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

9. Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please send clear photos of both the packaging and product to info@novawoolf.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

10. Returns and Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, shipping fees will be at your own cost.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your return is approved, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is approved, we’ll schedule a collection via our courier partner. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and ready for pickup within 3 calendar days.

Exchanges are processed as a return and a new order. You’ll need to return your item, receive your refund, and then place a new order for the item you want.
