In our fast-paced, overwhelming world filled with relentless demands and endless to-do lists, we know what it’s like to have that inner sense of wanting for a sense of freedom and peace that can feel perpetually out of reach. We know what it’s like to seek escape routes and moments of calm, just to discover that they don’t last. But, do you remember that as children we were happy? And we were happy not because our time was empty, but because our time was full. Full of possibilities, connections, and unfiltered experiences.

OUR FOUNDER
For our founder, Ilse, NOVAWOOLF started as a playful exploration into creativity, yoga, movement, flow, those heart-skipping moments of connection, noticing tiny, wonderful details of life and nature, and leaning into joy. These are the greatest gifts life has given Ilse, and NOVAWOOLF is her way of sharing them with the world.
